Deliveries to Bundaberg are guaranteed to be completed within 24 hours, ensuring next-day delivery. Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays. If you place an order on Saturday, your delivery will be scheduled for Monday. For Childers, Gin Gin, Rosedale, and Moore Park, deliveries occur once a week.

Is there a minimum I have to spend for delivery? 

A minimum spending requirement of $15 applies to all online transactions.

How much does delivery cost? 

Delivery to Bundaberg comes at a cost of $5, whereas deliveries to more regional areas such as Moore Park, Rosedale, Gin Gin, and Childers incur a $7.00 fee.

How do I get the free bread and vegetables?

When ordering online, just add your chosen items to your cart and proceed to checkout. In the checkout process, you'll find a form to fill out about the free bread and vegetables. Please understand that we can't guarantee the availability of these items; we depend on local bakeries and farms for their contributions.

How will I know when my order is here?

If you aren't available to receive your food delivery, you will receive a text message as soon as the delivery is completed. This message will include a photo showing where your delivery has been placed and the name of your delivery driver.

Why is the food discounted?

We carry food items that are near their "Use by Date" or have passed their "Best before Date." These products would otherwise be discarded into landfills if not purchased and resold by stores like ours. It's essential to note that the food we sell is safe to consume and in compliance with legal regulations. We do not sell any food items that have exceeded their "Use by Date" as that would be both illegal and unsafe.
